Over the past 15 years Krishnan has shaped the mission, vision and core values of BusinessOne and has created an organization that is well know for providing insights and delivery excellence to Fortune 100 clients. He is a strong leader with a track record of building self-directed, high performance teams with keen focus on achieving business objectives
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Madras, India and a M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Founder and Chief Operating Officer
With more than 20 years of experience in software engineering, Harish has extensive expertise in the planning, architecting, design and development of complex systems at the enterprise level. With deep knowledge throughout the Cable, Telecom and Consumer Electronics industries, he has also played an active role in technology consulting startups. Harish holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and has a Master’s Degree in Computer Science.
Vice President, Business Development
Joe has a wealth of knowledge in the Telecom and Technology industries and brings over 20 years of expertise to BusinessOne. He has worked in both domestic and international arenas on initiatives both public and private sectors.
Prior to joining BusinessOne, Joe served as Vice President at Unisys and led the IT infrastructure consulting business, built the security practice at Unisys and directed significant investments in IT Outsourcing. Prior to Unisys, he spent more than a decade in an operational role, managing various aspects of Bell Atlantic’s domestic and international network assets. He graduated from Taylor University in Indiana with Bachelor’s Degree in both Systems Analysis and Communications.
Director Next Gen Video Solutions, Big Data and Analytics
Providing expert guidance and leadership for high growth areas of Next Generation Video Platforms and Big Data solutions. Provide program level direction on several initiatives within a hybrid cable and IP delivered video network. Provide Program Management and technical support for deployment of scalable IP video platform for national cable service providers. Michiel brings over 20 years experience in Cable, Telco and Technology industries.
Director, Talent Acquisition
Responsible for Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development and Mentorship of new recruits as well as experienced staff and executives. Responsibilities include developing career path, competitive intelligence and industry benchmarking for talent. Ram brings a broad base of experience with companies with global exposure.
Vice President Strategy and Client Relations
Responsible for driving the go to market strategy for new services and industry verticals as well as identifying and cultivating strategic partner relationships with technology solution providers and systems integrators, that would extend and enhance service offering to our clients. A senior executive with several start ups under her belt, Anne brings experience in taking companies from early stage to a high growth and viable business operations.

As Vice President, Cable & Telecom Practice focusing on the company’s efforts in the service provider community, leveraging our experience building the most successful subscriber experiences in the market. Whether moving forward through syndication or internal development/transformation, my role is to work with service providers to provide deep engagement on needs, quickly leverage experience needed, and ensure program success.
